Error today for the first tiem EVER

Is anyone havingPatcher problems today? i run the patcher about 2:00am AST and worked fine went to bed then tryed to run it again when i got up to log in to wow and it sits at "Fetching Distribution" then after about 3 mins i will get an Error "There was an Error communtating with the server". i personly have never had a problem with cosmos or the patcher ever and quit like the UI myself. just woundering if any one has had a problem today?
