Desc:
After clicking Uncheck All (in Manage Addons) manually checking an AddOn does not make certain buttons (i.e., Enable Addon(s), Disable Addon(s)) active.
Repro Steps:
1. Go to Manage AddOns
2. Click Uncheck All.
3. Manually check an Addon's box (or more than one).
Expected Result:
Some buttons (i.e., Enable Addon(s), Disable Addon(s)) should become ungrey'ed (active).
Actual Result:
None of the buttons that should've become active (i.e., Enable Addon(s), Disable Addon(s)) actually become active.
Workaround:
After clicking Uncheck All, click on Check All and then Uncheck All again. The buttons will become active again correctly when you manually check an Addon. Of course clicking, Uncheck All once more will cause the problem again.
