Version 3.5, Windows.
I have auto-update disabled, keep interface directory clean enabled, delete cleaned addons right away enabled. On the main patcher window I click Configure, and in the Cosmos Configuration window I click the "Complete File Check" button. The Configuration window closes, the main patcher window displays the message "Preferences Saved", but nothing else happens. The patcher does not seem to go through the files checking them.
