Thottbot uploads are probably broken

They are probably broken at the moment. The data is now stored in SavedVariables/Thottbot.lua instead of in the global SavedVariables.lua file.

I've been driving myself nuts wondering why the Thottbot data was not uploading when the program starts up. Any ETA on when this will be fixed? I'm sure it's a lower priority item though, so no rush.

It's been updated for the new location however it's been reported it's not uploading.

I broke a lot of options and what not with a core rewrite on how the patcher worked. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
