Patcher 3.8 problem

Wll i dont get the unhandled exception error, but when i launch the program all that happens is the program appears on the task bar, but the program does not pop up. any ideas? does it just take a long time to start?

Shouldn't take to long to come up. That's kinda odd. What you system Specs.

Athlon3200xp 64
windows XP Pro
Latest drivers and directX
nvidia 6800gt

tried everything i could think of, from waiting 5 min, to turning everything off (Virus scanner, auto updaters, etc) still just kinda sits there on the task bar with no window. ive just been getting the latest versions manually since this isnt working for me.

can someone post a link to the old patcher if it still works for getting the updates? i hate having to manually install them every time.

There's a link to the 2.22 patcher on thottbot.com somewhere. I forgot where exactly that link was, sorry. That patcher version should also be able to upload thottbot data after the 1.10 updates.
