No little blue man after DLing Cosmos

Downloaded, everything works fine except I don't have the little blue man's head or anything to click for cosmos. I can log onto wow, addons are there and update cosmos. Why do I not have that in my wow folder to click and make a short cut?

No cosmos*****, so how do I get it if it didn't download with the zip file?

They changed the Icon but the file is still named Cosmos***** make sure you downloaded the patcher and not the flat version of the rest of the add ons.
