Some toons i have have hidden Mainbars so i can compact my spaces for extra chat bars. I ussually hide the mainbar and just relocate the bag buttons. But hiding the mainbar also hides the latency bar.
I would suggest giving options to the latency bar to be movable (via mobile frames), or have transparent options or something. Im guessing that wont be possible, so I also suggest adding making a extra latency bar/frame. I found mods out there that displays latency but its either too big or too "heavy" which just defeats my purpose.
