Alright well im kinda new to this game so im sorry for asking this..
Well my wow updated today (the new patch) and now my cosmo thing is messed up.
When i log onto wow iits fine and then i go to my addons menu and it says all the addons are all out of date.
How can i fix this?
I tried to do the load outdated updates but that messed it up so i couldn't open my world map..
Can anyone answer these questons?
And if the addons aren't up to date when wil they be?

That it suddenly says that all your addons are out of date is caused by the update of wow.
All addons (not only cosmos) are linked to a certain version. Those versions can be found in the <addon-name>.toc file (found in the folder of <addon>) on one of the first lines in the *.toc file and looks like this: ## Interface: 11100
the 11100 means that the addon is coupled to wow-version 1.11
For 1.12 that should be ## Interface: 11200.
Most of the time addons which are made for the previous wow-version are still functioning correctly in the next, so one could edit all the *.toc files and manually change the line which I mention above to the correct number.
Luckily we don't have to do that for cosmos, since the cosmos-team is keeping track with the wow-releases and releases a new version whenever a new wow-version is released. (http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/g0/claps.gif for the cosmos-team).
So the fix for your cosmos-troubles is go to the download-page and download the latest version.8)
If you also have some non-cosmos addons you probably have to edit them manually, as I mentioned above, since most other addon-creators do not have a new version ready whenever wow sends out a new release.

This is usualy not recommended by the addons authors, becuase when people do this, they start report problems and strange behaviour, that wouldn't be observed otherwises. If you are an expirienced user and know exactly what you are doing - do it by all means, however don't go to authors with your bug report if messed with their addon :D
