Cosmos Release has been updated to revision r3987 It is now compatible with WoW 1.12 and has been updated to toc 11200
We've also gotten the patcher server working again (minus the Cosmos.txt alpha change logs). So feel free to use the release version from the patcher. If you want the deleted addons to be removed make sure you have "keep interface folder clean" checked and you've protected your non-cosmos addons in the Addon Manager.
We've also updated the downloads page with change logs directly from our svn for each of the distros.
