Authors, Come One Come All!

We are looking for new Cosmos Team members. We need people who have written addons that would like to join the team, add their addons to the Complete distro, maintain and support their addons here on the site.

Addons we are looking for:

Popular addons (if you've put your addon on curse and it only has 5 downloads it's fuctionality is probably too niche)
Addons that utilize current Cosmos libraries, use no libraries or use libraries by authors who are also willing to join (we try to only distribute addons maintained by Cosmos Team Members)
Authors that are willing to continuously support their product through it's life cycle and acknowledge that software is never 'finnished'.
Addons that either use Khaos, have their own GUI for configuration and some easy way to open it (e.g. a FeatureFrame button), or the author is willing to impliment one of the above (slash commands are not enough)

We will be considering nominations of all kinds. If you aren't the author you can still suggest an addon, but please link to where the addon is downloadable and attempt to contact the author and tell them that you have nominated them and link this thread. Please do not nomiminate addons that have already been nominated, unless you are the author accepting the nomination.

Recipe Radar

http://www.cryptofreak.org/projects/reciperadar/

I haven't seen it but I'd love an Addon (if it's possible) that would list all the quests I've completed and which are out there that I haven't done. This could be like Recipe Radar but for quests

You might want to add RoboCleric (available on curse.com at http://downloads.curse.com/details/9169/). It's my first addon, and its an update of cEasyHealer. You get draggable buttons for each player, pet and raid member (plus target and focus) that tell you their health %, and can cast any of 4 spells by clicking on them (regular, shift, control and alt). I've given some thought to human factors, and the health # changes in size and color to make it easier to notice when someone needs help; the buttons also flicker when the target goes over a 75/50/25% boundary as an extra alert.

You can enable and disable groups of buttons, set buttons to hide themselves if their unit is invalid, and I've even put in a "clean up desktop" feature.

You can also specify different spells for when the target/focus is an enemy, which I find helpful for putting an end to those last minute obnoxious healing spellcasts and runaways.

The addon has full integration with Cosmos and AFAICT meets the guidelines, but it's my first addon effort, so I am sure there are a few rough edges that might need smoothing.

I saw this, nothing totally useful, but looked like fun. I didn't want to instal it because I thought there would be a conflict with the CosmosUI. If I can get this without a conflict then I will.

Thanks,

I can't see why it would conflict. I know a lot of people use FuBar and Cosmos. Not an addon I would actually use.
Also, I think you have misread the op. The Cosmos team are looking for addon authors/maintainers. Not suggestions for more addons ;)

MikScrollingBattleText: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/3395/ - Nice and useful combat log.

Grid: http://www.wowinsider.com/2007/01/01/addon-spotlight-grid/ - The best AddOn for any class in raid groups, mainly healers.

I have heard of an add on called plotter. It plots quests and shows other quests you have in the same area, making it easier to do several quests at once to save time from running back and forth if you forget you have a quest in that area. I have tried curse and wowinterface and couldn't find the mod on either one.

Its possible that I have the name wrong. Has anyone heard of this mod, and if so, could you provide a link for it?

Thanks
