Cosmos has been updated for World of Warcraft 2.2. The files are immediately available by Patcher and by manual download of the distros or individual addons.
Some basic AddOn notes:
PopBar has keybinding issues and is lacking a maintainer. See this thread (http://www.cosmosui.org/showthread.php?t=57049).
DurabilityStatus percentage not updating accurately. See this thread (http://www.cosmosui.org/showthread.php?t=57099).
Some AddOns have been intentionally left "Out of Date" or "Incompatible" until they can be reviewed further. See the AddOns page for which are Out of Date.
