• If you have a bug report or a error, please report them to the forums, not the chat channel.
• Read The Cosmos FAQ before you ask a question. Also read the current Known Issues and Fixes thread.
• Try using the Forum Search for more immediate query results.
• IRC responses may take a while. Please be patient. No one monitors the channel 24/7. For best results ask your questions and idle in the channel until you get a response. We suggest you open the irc page in a new window and leave it open.
• To request help, please do not just ask if 'anyone is around' or 'if anyone can help'. If you need help just ask your question. If someone has the ability to answer your particular question they will respond, but they probably won't respond without a specific question.
