That's one thing I liked about Gypsy Mod more than Cosmos, is that you can move everything you want anywhere you want. Please make Cosmos be able to use the character portrait at the top that displays your portrait, health, mana, name, pet, etc.

MobileFrames (included in Cosmos) is able to move the PlayerFrame.
Just go to the Cosmos Options and enble mobile frames for the PlayerFrame and then display the anchors to be abe to move it. When you've moved it to the desired position then turn off the anchors again.
